What is Consulting WorX?
Consulting WorX is a unique service that facilitates the introduction of businesses and consultants for a specific job request.
Businesses can search consultant profiles, email consultants and post new jobs on the website as required. Business can choose between self-service options to find a consultant or have Consulting WorX identify suitable consultants for them.
How do I use Consulting WorX?
The first step is to register, which is free for businesses.
Then it is a really easy and simple process to post a new job, just like completing an online briefing form where you have the option to list your job on the notice board, select a consultant yourself based on their online profile or we can do the work for you.
Once an introduction is made with a consultant, the selection and ongoing discussion is then directly between you and the consultant.

Consulting WorX is a smart way to find skilled professionals. It also saves time and money when looking to engage a consultant.
You are in control of the time you contact others, you can search the site anytime during the day or night according to your schedule; you can also set search criteria to specifically match your ideal consultant.
It allows you to manage your expenses by retaining people when you need them and keeping costs down in quieter times. You also have the flexibility to decide how long you need a consultant for, what hours they work and even whether they work at home or in the office.

Consulting WorX is a privately held Australian company and offers local customer service by phone and email.
REGISTRATION
How much does it cost to use Consulting WorX?
For businesses it's free to register, you only pay if you require Consulting WorX to complete the match for you. Once a consultant is selected the engagement is directly between you and the consultant, this includes payment for all work completed by the consultant.

What information do I have to provide to Consulting WorX?
When registering you need to provide basic contact information and contact preferences.
When posting a new job you can specify a different contact for that job. You also need to provide basic job information such as job category, start date and a full description of the job.
Can I update my details online?
Yes. You can update your details at anytime once logged into the secure area of the Consulting WorX site.

What are the options for posting a new job?
When posting a new job businesses have the three options of how they wish the job to be posted.
1. Self Service Open Tender
This is where the job is posted to the noticeboard and consultants can view details and apply directly to the business contact.
2. Self Service Consultant Directory
Under this option the job is posted to the noticeboard but is closed off for applications. Instead the business user searches consultant’s profiles and contacts them directly inviting their interest.
3. Consulting WorX Matching Service
This option is chargeable for the business and is where Consulting WorX matches suitable consultants to the job based on specific criteria as provided by the business.
Can I restrict the number of applications I receive for a job?
If you select the Consulting WorX Matching Service you can specify the maximum number of consultants you wish to have contact you.Under the other two self-service options you are in control of responses and when you would like to close the job posting.
When should I expect to receive interest in my job posting?
Once job posting is submitted and any payment is completed the job is immediately displayed on the notice board. Depending on what option you select for your job you could begin receiving interest straight away.If you select the Consulting WorX Matching Service for your job, you can expect consultants to start contacting you within 1-2 business days.
Can I cancel a job request once posted?
Yes. Email info@consultingworx.com.au with your request to cancel.
Can I change a job request once posted?
Yes. Email info@consultingworx.com.au with your request to change the job details.
What if I get no response to a job posting?
You may leave your job posting open for as long as you wish on the noticeboard. Alternatively you may choose to relist your job using the Consulting WorX Matching Service.

SELECTING A CONSULTANT
How do I ensure the consultant I select is qualified?
Consulting WorX is a facilitator only and does not complete any background checks on the consultants when registering. It is the responsibility of the business to compete any checks on background and qualifications to your satisfaction.Can Consulting WorX provide a recommendation on a particular consultant?
No. Consulting WorX does not recommend or endorse any consultant.Can I find consultant’s details online?
Yes. You may search for a consultant’s details online once logged into the secure area of the Consulting WorX site.Can I request a favorite consultant in future?
Yes. The best way of doing this is to select (Option 2) Consultant Directory Listing when posting your new job and then contact the consultant directly via their profile page inviting their interest.Please be aware of the Restraint of Trade clause as outlined in the Consulting WorX terms and conditions. It is a breach to employ or retain a consultant directly within a period of 6 months from the date of completion of a Job Request without the intervention of Consulting WorX. If you do offer work to a consultant within the 6 month period and the consultant accepts the work, you will immediately become liable to Consulting WorX for an introduction fee of $1000.00.
If I have a problem with a consultant I selected what can I do?
Consulting WorX is a facilitator only and is independent of all transactions that may occur between you and a Consultant. It is recommended that you execute a contract setting out the scope of work, including the role, responsibilities, performance criteria, milestones, timeframe and payment you require of the consultant so that there is no misunderstanding. However Consulting WorX Pty Ltd prides itself on standards of excellence and is happy to assist in a dispute resolution should it arise.

If I have a problem with posting a new job what can I do?
There is a help section on the website providing links and contact details for Consulting WorX Pty Ltd. At anytime you may email Consulting WorX at info@consultingworx.com.auIf I am not satisfied with the consultants that apply what can I do?
You may leave your job posting open for as long as you wish on the notice board. Alternatively you may choose to relist your job using the Consulting WorX Matching Service.
Can I see feedback on the consultants from previous jobs?
Yes. You may send a request to info@consultingworx.com.au for any previous feedback provided on a consultant from other businesses. The feedback is limited to their overall performance and any general comments.
How do I provide feedback on the Consulting WorX service or on a consultant?
Once a consultant is selected and the job is closed, both the business and the consultant will be sent an email with a link in it directing them to a feedback form on the Consulting WorX website requesting feedback on each other once the job is completed. This feedback is not confidential and is optional for either party to complete.How do I find out my login details if I forget them?
Your login name is your email address. If you forget your password you can reset this but clicking on the 'Forgot my Password’ link on the login page. This will allow you to reset your password.Consulting WorX employees cannot look up what your stored password is.
Can I change my login details?
Yes. You can change your email and password through the ‘Manage my profile’ page once logged in to the secure area of the Consulting WorX site.
